The Snowman

I opened the freezer lid. Even though I was scared, There was an enormous
 snowman in the freezer. Sadly, he showed me pictures of snowy mountains
of where he  lived.Suddenly he grabbed my hand and flew into the sky. Before
very long we were flying over the ocean. U saw people dancing on the ship.  
And they were having a party champagne.

A Scary Story

One dark night I went into a scary haunted house. Their

was a skeleton in the lounge playing fortnite.

Suddenly I heard a vacuum going “brmm, brmm”. I quickly
went under the table. The vacuum ate everything in sight!
 I hid in the corner the house and it looked like a vacuum ready
to suck me up.

Finally, I climbed up in my web and I  was safe.

Keep Mangonui Ataahua

Mangonui is named after the big shark and it is a special place to live. I think we should Keep '
Mangonui tidy and clean of rubbish. Whenever I have rubbish I put my litter in the bin. If I don’t
it might float down the drain and into the sea. Fish might eat it and  die.When we eat the fish we will die.

People should recycle their rubbish so it doesn’t get to the sea. My final thought is that stop using
single use plastics. A whale died in Thailand because there was too much rubbish going in the sea.  
He had 80 pieces in their puku it is very sad. This has to stop!

My final thought is don’t litter in Mangonui. Let’s keep Mangonui ataahua.

Rona

Once upon a time there was a family with two tamariki.Rona was the mother and she
was beautiful and very strong and angry. Dad was a fisherman and he could have
enough fish for the family. Rona was beautiful and her eyes were like inside a paua shell.  
Her hair is very long and her teeth is like diamonds. Rona was very bossy to her husband.
She even said she was a better fisherman than her husband (but he was a better fisher man
than her). One night Rona husband went fishing. He said to her “you are not good at fishing
you have to stay home and make the hangi.”  She was very angry because she didn't want to
make the hangi.

First she went to get the fire wood then she stacked it all on rocks.Later that night but
when she heard her husband come back because he was singing.  She ran out of water.
Rona skipped across to the lake to carefully fill her up her bottle with water. The moon went
behind the clouds and Rona could not see.  She hurt herself and she yelled at the moon.
The moon tightly lifted her up by her waist up to the sky.

Rona got stuck in the moon forever.

I see seagulls diving like a dolphin  into the harbour.
Boat engines as loud as barking dogs fill the wharf with noise.
 In the distance, I see people fishing on the boat.
